Betmex Terms and Conditions — Full Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing betmex.biz, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any service provided by Betmex, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You also confirm that you accept the Betmex Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which form part of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use Betmex. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. Betmex recommends that you save or print a copy of these Terms for your own reference.

To use Betmex betting and casino services, you must register an account. When registering you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Not register an account on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from both parties — and in no circumstances on behalf of a minor.
• Not register an account if you have previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from Betmex.

Betmex reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time — including a copy of your CNIC — as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Accounts where requested documentation is not provided within the specified timeframe may be suspended pending verification completion.

Betmex is strictly an 18-and-above platform. No person under the age of 18 may register, deposit, or bet on Betmex under any circumstances. By registering, you declare under your own responsibility that you are 18 years of age or older on the date of registration.

Betmex performs age verification checks as part of its KYC process. If there is reasonable suspicion that an account holder is under 18, Betmex will suspend the account immediately, freeze any balance, and request documentary proof of age. If the account holder cannot provide satisfactory proof of being 18 or above, the account will be permanently closed and any balance forfeited.

Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing minors in their household from accessing Betmex. If you believe a minor has accessed Betmex using your device or account details, please contact support@betmex.biz immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Betmex account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Betmex will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or chat. Any communication claiming to be from Betmex that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support@betmex.biz immediately.

You agree not to share your Betmex account details with any other person. Any activity carried out on your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you formally notify Betmex of unauthorised access. Betmex recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account security settings. This adds a critical layer of protection against unauthorised access.

All Betmex financial transactions are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted. No currency conversion fees are applied by Betmex.

Accepted payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Pakistani-issued Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods; Rs 500 for IBFT and card payments.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallets; Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card withdrawals.

Same-method withdrawal policy: Betmex processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect your balance. Betmex does not make exceptions to this policy.

Processing times: Mobile wallet withdrawals are processed same-day in most cases. IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day. Card withdrawals may take up to two business days.

Fees: Betmex does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Betmex's control and responsibility.

All bets placed on Betmex — whether on PSL, Pakistan internationals, esports, or casino games — are subject to the specific market rules applicable to that event or game. These rules are displayed within the relevant betting section before a bet is confirmed.

Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the Betmex system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical issues will have their stakes refunded to your Betmex wallet.

Abandoned matches: If a PSL or cricket match is abandoned before reaching the minimum overs required for a result under the applicable match rules, all pre-match bets are void and stakes are returned. In-play markets that have already been settled retain their result. Betmex follows official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.

Bet settlement: Betmex settles markets using official results from the relevant sports authority. In the event of a dispute about settlement, Betmex's decision is final following internal review. Settlement errors identified within 72 hours of settlement will be corrected. After 72 hours, settled bets are considered final.

Maximum payout: Betmex applies maximum payout limits per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the relevant market before a bet is placed. Betmex is not liable to pay amounts exceeding the published maximum payout for any given market.

Betmex offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions, and other time-limited offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated in the offer terms for each individual bonus.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or partially wagered bonus funds expire within the timeframe specified in the offer — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Bonus abuse: Betmex monitors for systematic bonus abuse including pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses removed and may be suspended.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Betmex right to modify: Betmex reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betmex is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to every account holder at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps that you set yourself. Limits take effect immediately. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configurable alerts that notify you when you have been active on Betmex for a duration you define.
• Cool-off periods: A short-term break from betting — from 24 hours to 6 weeks — during which your account remains open but betting is blocked.
• Self-exclusion: A permanent or long-term block on your Betmex account that prevents access for a period ranging from 6 months to a permanent ban.

By using Betmex, you confirm that you are betting with funds you can afford to lose, that you are not betting under financial pressure, and that your betting is a form of entertainment rather than a strategy for generating income.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betmex and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Betmex account under the same or different identity.
• Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit on Betmex.
• Engaging in money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal financial activity through Betmex.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or access Betmex systems without authorisation.
• Colluding with other players to exploit Betmex markets, bonuses, or casino games.
• Attempting to exploit system errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds to gain unfair advantage on Betmex.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing Betmex staff, support agents, or other platform users.
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or account restrictions imposed by Betmex.

Betmex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• The account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age.
• Required KYC documentation has not been provided within the requested timeframe.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.
• Betmex receives a court order or regulatory direction to close the account.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or violation of Terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC checks.

All content on betmex.biz — including but not limited to the Betmex brand name, logo, website design, betting interfaces, graphics, text, software, and data — is the intellectual property of Betmex or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, or transmit any Betmex content without prior written permission from Betmex. Betmex's branding and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not operated by Betmex, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages Betmex.

Betmex provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While Betmex makes every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to betmex.biz at all times. Planned and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betmex is not liable for:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, or business arising from your use of Betmex.
• Losses arising from your inability to access the Betmex platform during a scheduled or unscheduled outage.
• Losses or damages arising from events beyond Betmex's reasonable control, including power outages, internet failures, or acts of nature.
• Errors in market odds caused by manifest human error, provided Betmex corrects the error promptly upon identification.

Betmex's total liability to any individual account holder in connection with any claim arising out of or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that account holder in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Betmex collects and processes personal data from registered users as described in the Betmex Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on Betmex you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that document.

Betmex uses your data for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, and where you have consented, to send promotional communications about Betmex products and offers. Betmex does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to the personal data Betmex holds about you, to correct inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data that is no longer required for legal or operational purposes. All such requests should be sent to support@betmex.biz.

Betmex reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on betmex.biz/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

For significant changes, Betmex will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Continued use of Betmex after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
